<p>The augmented reality experience crafted by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM) provides an innovative auditory and visual journey that immerses participants in the essence of orchestral music. Users are invited to move through the space, listening and observing the intricate musical arrangements as they unfold around them. This unique opportunity to walk among the musicians during live performances offers a distinct acoustic perspective, allowing individuals to appreciate the complexities of both the individual instruments and the orchestral composition as a whole.</p>

<p>In an effort to expand the accessibility of musical experiences beyond traditional concert settings, the OSM is excited to partner with the SAV+R research initiative led by Metalab at the Société des arts technologiques (SAT). This collaboration aims to develop an innovative sound recording technique tailored for navigable environments, which will be available for use within this application upon its completion in 2022.</p>
